The Northern Carpark entrance on Stratford Avenue provides access to the Undercroft parking, featuring covered spaces, SNAP carwash, and a travellator entrance near Woolworths and ALDI.

By bus (nearest bus stop):

Busways operates several routes connecting most areas of the Central Coast to Lake Haven Centre. The nearest bus stop is located just a 2–3 minute walk from the centre. Routes servicing the area include 91, 92, 93, and 95.
