Custom-Made Ear Plugs
Thanks to their throwaway price, a pair of one-size-fits-all earplugs make a fast & easy option for basic ear protection.
But for people who need higher standards of comfort and sound quality, that basic level of noise-reduction protection just isn’t enough – so they choose to upgrade to custom ear plugs instead.
Individually moulded to match the contours of each wearer’s ear canal, custom ear plugs can be comfortably worn for hours. Most people say they feel so natural it’s like they’re not in their ears at all. This is in stark contrast to the constant, distracting adjustment required with disposable earplugs that never quite fit.
In addition to always staying in place and being much more comfortable, custom ear plugs can also have unique sound filters incorporated into them. These filters allow more of the sound frequencies the wearer wants to hear to pass through to them, while blocking the harmful ones they don’t want to hear. This makes them ideal in work situations where loud volumes are always present, but frequent conversations still need to be heard and understood.

So whatever your hearing and protection needs, there’s now sure to be a solution ideal for you.

Electronic hearing protection
There are some amazing new digital instruments now available that can enhance a wearer’s awareness of their surroundings while still protecting them from the effects of loud noises like gun blasts, engines, industrial equipment and tools. These represent the latest advancements in electronic hearing protection.
Custom hearing protection for musicians
Day after day, 8 days a week, professional musicians embrace the opportunities to expose themselves to huge amounts of music played loudly. The downside is that this willing exposure can leave them with long-term damage including hearing loss, tinnitus, diplacusis and hyperacusis. But thanks to advances in technologies, many excellent earplug options are now available to protect musicians so they can continue to hear well.
