Offers available to active membership holders of the Retired and Former Police Association of NSW.
Comprehensive hearing assessment at no cost
- Clients eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program will be funded the appointment so there is no cost to the client. Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.
- Private clients with an active RFPA membership will receive a comprehensive hearing assessment free of charge
20% discount
- 20% discount excludes devices fully subsidised by the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP).
- For HSP eligible clients, the 20% discount will apply to the balance owing on devices once any applicable HSP funding is applied.
- Valid for one fitting per person.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Refer a Friend

Offer

New customers that are referred to Bay by an existing Bay customer are offered $200 off the full price of available hearing aid technology during their appointment. This offer is available to the referred customer and the referee.
The $200 discount is in addition to the current $2,500 discount offer for April.
The $200 off discount is available to hearing aid technology for available products at time of fitting from level 4-5.
Offer does not include free to client devices.
Fully Subsidised OHS devices are excluded
$200 off discount honoured to any new Bay customer and the referee when the referred person completes a free hearing check
The referred person must:
- Be new to Bay (has not purchased a prescription product in the previous 8 years and has not completed a hearing check or assessment in the previous 2 years)
- Be able to quote the customers full name who referred them (if the referee isn’t in attendance)
- 18+ years of age
Bay reserves the right to change or end the program at any time without notice or
notification. Valid at all Bay Audio clinics.
Offer is valid for all private pay and HSP customers, Binaural and Monaural.
Offer valid for one fitting per person.
Offer valid until May 31 2025
Cannot be used for Work Cover and insurance fitting claims.
Fitting and payment for purchase must be made together for discount to be valid.

Turn Up the Volume 2025

Offer valid from February 15 and ends May 31, 2025. Valid at all Bay Audio Hearing Experts stores. Offer is valid for private pay customers level 4 & 5, and HSP customers on level 2, 4 & 5 devices. Offer is not valid for free to client devices. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Valid for one fitting per person.

Cannot be used for Work Cover and insurance fitting claims. Not to be used in conjunction with family and friends fittings or discounts. Fitting and payment for purchase must be made together for discount to be valid. Discount varies on the level of devices being purchased. The discount schedule is as follows per maximum discount is $3,000 for HSP customers and $2,500 for Private customers.
